All through my two years of preparation there was constant support and guidance to finish the syllabus in time and get enough practice with mock exams. I joined SCIAS in 2011 at the age of 17. It moulded me not just academically but also laid the foundation for my professional life. It was here that I started enjoying humanities subjects. The conceptual clarity I gained helped me clear NET-JRF and UPSC-CAPF. More importantly, the communication skills I built through various activities at graduation level came in handy in scoring well in UPSC interviews.

Three years on campus helped me groom myself into an all-rounder — not just academics but stress management, group dynamics and crisis management. The integrated approach helped me crack every central and state examination I appeared for after my post-graduation. In 2017 I cleared UPSC prelims with 120 marks, missing final selection by a narrow margin. I topped UGC NET-JRF, stood 4th in the state in the TSPSC Degree Lecturer exam, 1st in the state in TREIRB Degree Lecturer, and topped the Osmania University entrance for Ph.D admission in History. At 23 I was the youngest of around 350 recruited as a Degree Lecturer through TSPSC in 2017. I am currently a Degree Lecturer in History at TSWRDC W Kamareddy and pursuing a Ph.D at Osmania University, still in pursuit of my dream of joining the civil services. I thank the whole management for the platform that helped me keep achieving in spite of every hurdle.

I secured a rank in SSC CGL 2017 and was posted to CBIC as a Central Excise and Customs Inspector, with the help of the Sri Chaitanya IAS Academy faculty, CEO Mohan Rao sir and my batchmates. I joined in 2011 at 17, not confident and average in studies, and they moulded me academically and professionally. Mock tests, library facilities and seminars by eminent personalities all helped me achieve this.
