I have joined SCIAS in 2011 at a young age of 17. It moulded me not just academically but also laid foundation for my professional life. Sri Chaitanya Civil Services Academy with integrated coaching for civil services examination along with graduation helped me a lot.  In the three years of my study in campus helped me to groom myself into an rounder.  I could fine tune not just academics but also skills like stress management, group dynasty and crisis management.  The integrated approach helped me to crack all the examinations of central and state that I appeared after my post-graduation.  In 2017 I cleared UPSC prelims with 120 marks, though I missed final selections with narrow margin. I topped UGC NET- JRF, State 4th rank in TSPSC State Degree Lecturer, State 1st Rank in TREIRB Degree Lecturer,  topped in Osmania university entrance for Ph. D admissions in the subject History.  The leadership qualities and personality traits developed during my studies in the campus helped me to score top marks in the TSPSC degree Lecturer and group 2 interview,  TREIRB Degree Lecturer interview and Ph.D admission interviews. I was youngest (23 years old) to get recruited as Degree Lecturer (Ast. Professor) in 2017 through TSPSC among  around 350 recruited, with pay scale 58,850- 1,37,050 (PRC 2018). Currently I am working as Degree Lecturer in History at TSWRDC W Kamareddy, persuing Ph. D in Arts and Social sciences college, Osmania university. In the pursuit of my dream of joining civil services. I thank whole management for providing me the right platform, that helped me to equip myself to continue to achieve new heights inspite all hurdles that I had to cross.

This is Rongali Naveen Kumar, I have secured rank in SSC CGL-2017, and got posted in CBIC as Central Excise and Customs Inspector. This I have achieved with the help of Sri Chaityanya IAS Academy faculty, CEO Mohan Rao Sir and other my batch mates in this College.

After completing My intermediate i joined in Sri Chaitanya IAS Academy in 2011 at the age of 17.
